An amazing way to start off the New Year by nourishing your body, inside and out! In this workshop you will learn how to cleanse utilizing whole foods and discover which foods make you feel more energized, happy, and whole. (These will be different for each individual) We will touch not only upon diet, but also how to take better care of yourself and learn to enjoy life more. This group program provides great information, support, meal plans, shopping lists, and encouragement from your own personal health coach. A group setting provides a community experience in which its members can access support and information from one another. It is also more cost effective than working one on one with a nutritionist. You can expect an uplifting, positive environment in which you will learn to take better care of yourself and most importantly, learn how to enjoy everything more fully.

Stephanie Horning is a certiﬁed Holistic Nutritionist and food developer. She is passionate about wellness and helping others attain a happier, healthier, and more inspired state. Her loves include her family, sipping tea, baking, green smoothies, traveling, writing, yoga, exploring, working towards balance, and learning. She is a certiﬁed yoga teacher, holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from NYU, and graduated from the Bauman School of Holistic Nutrition.
