Breathwork and Deep Relaxation Module: 50 hrs (10 week plan)

Creating more Energy, Presence and clear Space:
This 3 month program combines classroom meetings (five Saturdays) from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM, including a 1 1/2 hour conference call, weekly email and phone follow-up and personal practice. Students are expected to conduct one hour of personal practice every day plus an additional five hours of study and time assessment each month
(Total hrs in class: 30 hrs
5 conference call, in between ( 7.5 hrs)
Practicum-12.50 hrs/ or retreat
In this course you will learn:
- The application and value of correct and conscious Breathing for wellness and awakening
- The Physical, Psychological and Spiritual dimensions of Breath: the Path of Breath to create Life Divine
- How to identify “breathing patterns” and how to correct them
- How to create more energy and vitality reducing and managing stress
- Learn to live in present moment, being more creative and peaceful!
Techniques such as Chakra breathing, Tantric Breathing, conscious connected breathwork, healing yoga and meditation, yoga nidra, integral life practices, psycho synthesis, and Visualization are used synergistically during the process to achieve deep and profound result.
Lesson 1: Fundamentals
Introduction to “Path of Breath” with context to Evolutionary and Transcendental Enlightenments. The Essential Breath, Breath awareness: Value of Breathing for healing, evolution and awakening! Coming home with the breath, value of relaxation and understanding- 3 dimension of breathing, cultivating presence, relaxation and acceptance and deep peace in body. Inquiry: how I breathe, how other breathe, recognize breathing pattern Inner Smile and running energy
Lesson 2: Cultivating Energy and Vitality: Room to breathe
Opening Body and Breath-1, Value of Correct and Conscious Breathing, Anatomy breathing, Asana to open spine and Breath.
Lesson 3: Breath Therapy: Understanding Breath and Breathing from Yoga Therapy perspective: Chakra map, Breathing through chakras, Balancing, Some yogic breathing for health and healing, Life Divine, Kosha, Nadis Bandha Chakras and Gross, subtle and Causal body.
Integration of Pranamaya Kosha: The breathing (Pranic) body, awakening prana, raising and distributing prana, Kapalbhati, Alternative nostril breathing, Bhastrika. 3 part inhalation and exhalation and full yogic breathing.
Understanding traumas, Energy blockage, Stressor and Emotional and mental conditioning.-Part 1
Lesson 4. Mastering Monkey Mind:
Minding breath: Purification of mind , Cultivating mindfulness, Managing thoughts, developing focus and clarity, Understanding Ego-how to lead life from Authentic self, entering into stillness within breath, deepening silence, calmness, peace, equanimity and tolerance
Lesson 5: Opening to creative channel: Deep Relaxation, Relaxing whole body with the breath, Visualization, Inner Smile, Yoga Nidra meditation
Resting on open awareness, presence, Opening to infinite space like blue sky
born in small village of Himalaya, is a yogi, certified rebirthing
breathwork practitioner, Integral coach and raw vegan chef, and E-RYT. In
his teaching, Briksha draws from a variety of yogic breathing
modalities, including Holotropic Breathwork, Clarity Breathwork,
Transformational Breathwork and Anapanasati. He is a longtime Vipassana
meditation practitioner and has done several long silent retreats up to
30days. He has been teaching and leading breathing session and
meditation classes for 12 years. He is also co-director of the Integral Awakening 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.
